KUZUFLEX AS. has for many years been developing, manufacturing and marketing annular corrugated mechanically formed flexible metal hoses. Our vertical factory covers 4.500 sqm in which a crew consisting of 85 experts operates. Our assemblies are especially well reputed all over Europe.

Kuzuflex only uses AISI 316L & 321 stainless steel with various wall thicknesses between 0,18 and 0,40 mm. These hoses are corrugated in narrow, regular and wide pitch options to provide a variety of flexibility and pressure capabilities. Kuzuflex soft pipes are produced in sizes from DN6 (1/4”) to DN50 (2”). According to customer requirements one or more AISI 304 stainless steel wire braids can be applied to each hose type.

Pre-manufactured metal hose assemblies with orbitaly welded stainless steel end connections or soldered brass & copper fittings can be fabricated as to customer specs. Especially gas hoses can be equipped with PVC corrosion protective covers.
We have extraordinary short delivery times since we carry a broad stock of raw material as well as hoses. Kuzuflex delivers both bulk hoses on reels and pre-manufactured assemblies.
