Samcrete Precast Prestressed Hollow Core Slabs 20 cm thickness (8 inch), Light reinforcement, according to ASTM standards with the following specifications: Concrete Unit weight : 2200 Kg/m3, Characteristic Compressive Strength : 350 Kg/cm2, Release strength (at 3 days) : 260 Kg/cm2, Modulus of Elasticity (initial ): 220,000 Kg/cm2, Modulus of Elasticity (final): 290,000 Kg/cm2, Ambient Relative humidity : 50% Prestressing Strand Ultimate strength: 17,570 Kg/cm2, Initial Prestresse : 0.7 Times Ult, Minimum cover of strand: 2.5 cm. Grout A mixture of not less than one part Portland cement to three parts fine sand. Grout that seeps from the joint shall be completely removed before it hardens. Minimum 28-day compressive strength - 3000 psi. Bearing Strips Multi-monomer plastic, hardboard or approved equal.
