Eng. Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, discussed with the Spanish Ambassador to Egypt, Ramon Gil-Casares, ways of boosting economic relations between the two countries in the fields of oil and gas, in the framework of the Petroleum Sector expansion in implementing mega projects in all the industry activities.
During the meeting, El Molla pointed to the State's interest in providing an appropriate climate for investment, which attracts international companies to increase its activities.
For his part, the Spanish ambassador clarified the interest of the Spanish companies such as Repsol and Cepsa, in the bid rounds offered by the Petroleum Sector for oil and gas exploration in various onshore and offshore regions.
