Studies on Cyprus Gas Project to End Mid-2015

Petroleum Minister Sherif Ismail said that his talks with Cypriot officials focused on the joint project to develop a natural gas field, from which gas would be pumped to Egypt through the national network.

In remarks on the sidelines of the President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi’s visit to Madrid, Ismail said that the technical and economic studies regarding the project will be terminated in mid-2015.
