The Petroleum Sector offers the new International 2015 bid round for the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), which includes eight blocks in the Mediterranean Sea ; West El Arish offshore , East Port Said offshore, North Rommana offshore, North Ras El Esh offshore, West El Temsah offshore, South Tennin offshore, North El Hammad offshore , East Alexandria offshore.
Eng. Sherif Ismail, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, pointed out that the International Bids posed by the Egyptian General Petroleum Cooperation ( EGPC) , EGAS and Ganope are the cornerstone of achieving new discoveries to contribute to securing the growing domestic consumption requirements of petroleum products and natural gas.
