INEOS Technologies Wins e-styrenics Polystyrene license

INEOS Technologies has been awarded a Polystyrene License from E-Styrenics of Egypt. E-Styrenics is a company jointly owned by ECHEM, the Ministry of Finance, the National Investment Bank, ENNPI and Petrojet.

The License covers a 200,000-m.t./year polystyrene unit that will produce both High Impact and General Purpose high quality grades (HIPS & GPPS). It is expected that the License technology transfer will take place in the first quarter of 2007.
